By using this site, you signify your agreement
with these terms of use. If you do not agree to these
terms of use, please do not use this site. Quill
& Parchment is intended as an entertainment magazine
and as a resource for writers. Anyone may access our free
areas, but access to subscription, additional resources
and submission rights to enter our writing challenges are
limited to subscribing members.
Membership and Payment Information
The annual subscription fee is $12 in US funds.We are only accepting
money orders or PayPal for new subscriptions.

Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to Quill &
Parchment. Under no circumstances will your personal information be
sold, leased, or otherwise made available to any third parties. Upon
verification of the completed payment process, Quill & parchment
will send via email a user name and password for the Members-Only portion
of our site to the user-supplied address indicated in the membership
application. Quill & Parchment cannot be responsible for errors
or omissions, typographical, intentional, or otherwise, that result
in this mail being returned to us as undeliverable.

Also its very important that you do not include any links in
your email, since we are filtering out and deleting all emails with
links in them because of Spammers* (See note below). If you
wish to send links to your website or other sites of interest please
let us know and we will send you an address you can email them to.

As an entertainment site, some content may be unsuitable
for children under 18. Please be advised that Quill &
Parchment holds dear the concept of intellectual freedom
and the right to free expression .While Quill &
Parchment does not endorse or encourage pornography or
other material that degrades, harasses or discomfits any
person, group, or organization, the frequently personal
and\or intimate nature of some material published may
contain violent or sexually explicit depictions. We
cannot and will not issue a blanket condemnation of
certain terms, acts or descriptions, as each article will
be evaluated for appropriateness of its own merit on a
case-by-case basis. Active parental involvement and
supervision are essential on this site, as on the
Internet in general. Filtering software is readily
available, as are parental controls. Please check with
your software vendor, OEM and Internet Service providers
for more information on implementing these filters and
controls. Quill & Parchment is unable to provide
technical support or any other assistance in installing
or configuring these filters.
Submissions and Copyright
By submitting any material, you are certifying that these
works are of your own original creation and do not
violate any copyrights. By submitting material to Quill
& Parchment, you agree that we can display, transmit,
or distribute your submission without requiring any prior
or further consent from you. We may remove or edit
submissions at any time at our sole discretion. Authors
who submit their material, works, artwork, graphics,
ideas or photos to us retain their copyrights. If anyone
reports a copyright violation, we will investigate and
remove the material if warranted.
It goes without saying that submissions should be spelled checked and edited for content prior to being sent. We may occasionally make small editorial changes, or ask the author do so. This should not be construed as cause for offense. Quill & Parchment prides itself on not being just another self-publishing web site. Actual human eyes carefully evaluate all submissions. Once your poem has been accepted you may not withdraw it. It takes time for us to template the poems and frequently the art work is created with your poem in mind. We do not mind simultaneous submissions or previously published poems

advice or opinions displayed herein are personal opinions
of the persons submitting material, and do not
necessarily reflect the opinions of the management of
Quill & Parchment. The materials in this site are
provided "As Is," and without warranties of any
kind, either expressed or implied by either Quill &
Parchment or any of our volunteers. Visitors are totally
responsible for their actions while visiting our site.
LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall
Quill & Parchment be liable for any special or consequential damages
that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials
in this site, even if Quill & Parchment or a Quill & Parchment

damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of

Your membership may be canceled at any time, however; as the subscription fee covers administrative costs incurred in enrolling membership, it cannot returned or prorated. Cancellation of is sole remedy to disputes with Quill & Parchment
