Ginger
Dipping Sauce
from the kitchen of Kaila Chan
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Chinese red rice vinegar
2 tsp ginger, minced
2 tsp. green onion, finely chopped
In small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until evenly
blended. Put sauce in covered container in the refrigerator for 1 hour
to let flavors set.
