Rosehip Tea
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John 

4 tablespoons whole dried rosehips
4 cups water 

Combine the rosehips and water in a saucepan. 
Cover and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 
minutes. Strain into a teapot and drink when 
it has cooled sufficiently.

Add honey if desired.
