Chicken Walnut Sandwiches
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
Chicken breast , cooked and shredded into small pieces
Walnuts, finely chopped
Roquefort salad dressing
Blue cheese, crumbled
Orange Flavoured Zucchini Bread

Place the shredded chicken in a bowl with the chopped walnuts. Add a bit of 
the salad dressing, just enough to hold it together, and mix well. Fold in 
the blue cheese. Cut the zucchini bread into thin slices and put the 
chicken salad mixture on one slice covering it with a mate. Cut into 4 squares.
