Mock Devon Cream
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1 8 ounce carton of whipping cream
1 small package JelloŽ Vanilla Pudding

Beat the cream, adding a bit of the powdered pudding until the desired consistency and taste is achieved. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Serve in a bowl, accompanied by a bowl of strawberry jam.
