Virgin Lime Rickey
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

8 ounces fresh lime juice
4 ounces simple syrup
12 ounces seltzer water or club soda
Lime wedges for garnish

Mix the lime juice and simple syrup together in
a pitcher or a measuring cup with a spout.

Fill four glasses with ice. Divide 3 ounces each
