White Christmas
from the holiday kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

2 ounces Stolichnaya vanilla vodka
2 ounces Mozart white chocolate liqueur
1 ounce De Kuiper white creme de cacao
1 ounce double cream
White coarse sanding sugar

Pour the honey into a shallow dish and put the sugar
in a second shallow dish. Coat the rim of the glass
in the honey. Dip the rim of the glass into the
sugar to coat it evenly. Set the glass aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the vodka, the
chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, and cream.

Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared
martini glass.
