Green Salad with Pomegranate and Garlic Flowers
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John

1 large package of organic salad bowl mixed greens
1 large pomegranate
½ cup garlic flowers
¼ cup of your favourite salad dressing

Place the salad dressing in the bottom of the salad bowl.

Peel and section the pomegranate, then remove the seeds
and cull out the white membrane bits.

Add the washed and dried salad greens to the serving bowl.
Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the greens, then sprinkle
the garlic flowers on top of them.

Bring this beautiful concoction to the table and only toss
when ready to serve.
