Strawberries and Clotted Cream
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1 cup strawberries, sliced
2 teaspoons choke-cherry honey
½ teaspoon champagne vinegar
Heavy whipping cream
Jello® instant strawberry créme pudding mix

Toss the strawberries with the honey and vinegar.
Whip the cream adding the powdered pudding mix to taste.
This will create the effect of clotted cream.
Spoon onto the strawberry mixture and enjoy!
