Pink Drink Smoothie
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
1 ½ cups pure pomegranate juice, chilled in freezer for ½ hour
1 cup Mandarin oranges in light syrup, chilled in freezer for ½ hour
1 cup frozen strawberries
8 ounces low-fat frozen strawberry yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
Fraise du bois for garnish
Place the pomegranate juice, Mandarin oranges,
strawberries, yogurt and ice in a blender.
Mix until smooth then pour into tall chilled glasses.
