Pumpkin Pie Spice
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mix together the 4 spices. Store in an airtight
container in a cool, dry place. It should keep
for at least 6 months.
