Sweet and Spicy Cheese and Crackers with Fig Butter
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John

*Trader Joe's original savory thin crackers
*Trader Joe's fig butter (or any fig spread)
*Chevre
*Lavender honey
*Trader Joe's sweet chili sauce

Place the crackers on a plate.

Spread a thin layer of the fig butter or spread onto each cracker.

Add a small round of the goat cheese on top of the fig spread.

Drip a small amount of the honey on top of the cheese.

Use a demitasse spoon to top off each cracker with a dollop of the
sweet chili sauce.

Serve with a full bodied Argentine Malbec.


If you don't have a Trader Joe's near you, substitute items from your
local gourmet market.
