Wasabi Crusted Halibut

4 halibut fillets
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup wasabi mayonnaise
1 ¼ cups Panko Japanese breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Line a shallow baking pan with foil and arrange
the fillets in the pan.
Salt the fillets and coat with the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle all over with Panko.
Bake until fish is just cooked through approximately
12 to 16 minutes, then broil 4 to 6 inches from the
heat until crumbs on top are golden brown. Approxi-
mately 1 to 2 minutes.
If you are unable to purchase wasabi mayonnaise you
can mix one and a half teaspoons wasabi paste to a
half cup of mayonnaise. Trader Joe's has prepared
