Lime Popsicles
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St John

1½ cups fresh pineapple
½ banana
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 large lime
Lime zest

Puree all of the ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 3-4 hours or until completely
solid. Makes 5-6 popsicles.
