Frozen Fruit Slush
From the kitchen of Trudy Escoubas

12 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 ½ cups water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
20 ounce can pineapple tidbits, in juice
2 - 16 ounce cans apricots, chopped
1 cup sugar
5 bananas, cut into slices

Mix together and freeze. Takes 1 ½ hours to thaw to a slush.

Makes 15 x17 servings.

Editor's note:
This makes a huge batch; it could be easily cut in half.
