Sesame Ginger Dressing
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland- St.John

2 tablespoons light soy sauce
¼ cup sunflower or peanut oil
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
¼ cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 large clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (or to taste)

Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid.

Shake well.

Use as a salad dressing, a marinade for chicken or on
a potato salad.

Keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
