Floral Memories–a Haiku Quartet

Sunshiny rosebuds
bush twittering with sparrows
all freshly showered

In shade of old elm
fluted pink hollyhock blooms
snipped for dancing dolls

Along pebbled path
peonies bowing their heads
expressway for ants

Weathered white trellis
purple clematis starbursts
bathed in twilight grey
