Bacon-Honey Grilled Corn
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

8 ears of corn, husked
8 tablespoons honey, divided
8 strips of bacon, chopped
8 tablespoons butter, melted
White pepper to taste

Preheat grill to 350º- 400º F.
Lay 8 pieces of sturdy aluminium foil out.
Place 1 ear of corn on each sheet. Brush each
ear with the butter and one tablespoon of the
honey. Evenly sprinkle the bacon on top and
season with the pepper. Wrap the foil to close
and secure the ends. Place the foil-wrapped
corn onto the grill. Close cover and grill for 20
minutes or until tender, turning several times.
