Utah Fry Sauce
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John
1 cup homemade mayonnaise
½ cup catsup
½ teaspoon onion powder
3 to 4 teaspoons dill pickle juice
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and
catsup. Add the pickle juice one teaspoon at a time,
as you check for taste.
Refrigerate up to 1 hour.
Serve as a dip for French fries, curly fries or sweet
You may substitute one package of McCormick’s
French Onion Dip Mix in place of the onion powder.
