CRYSTAL DREAMS
by Hanley "Doc" Harding

In crystal dreams I walked with you,
'Neath flowing skies of pulsing blue,
Through wooded scene, past trees of green,
On grasses laced with dew...

The facets mirrored love's delight,
Reflected pearlsome through stark night,
On silvered mist, where we have kissed,
And lain embraced so tight...

Now sunlight trickles through the air,
Bright fingers coursing through my hair,
While waking sound and scent abound,
Of you who makes our pair...

And daylight flows the crystal through,
Illuminating what is true,
The dream fled from and now become
More woman than it knew...

Cleave sweet to me, and journey nigh,
We'll soar fierce waves and sail wild sky;
To seed the fire of passion's pyre,
Across star fields we'll fly...
