Avocado, Pomegranite, and Pine Nut Salad
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

2 Chilean Avocados, cubed
1 medium pomegranite, seeded
3/4 cups of pine nuts
3 limes, juiced
Seasoned salt and pepper, to taste

Place the avocado cubes, pomegranite seeds
and pine nuts in a salad bowl. Season with the
salt and pepper toss well. Pour the lime juice
over and toss again. Serve immediately.

I prefer Lawry's Seasoned Salt and Pepper, but
regular salt and freshly ground balck pepper may
also be used.
