Tim and Ned Gamble won a Guiness-sponsored "Guiness Originals" contest with this dessert drink:
Add 8-10 ounces of bottled Guiness to a large English pub pint glass. (20 oz)
Allow a few seconds to settle so there is no head.
Add several scoops of quality vanilla ice-cream, very slowly.
Wait 1 minute, serve with a long Ice-cream spoon.
Under no circumstance should the ice-cream be added to the glass first.
