Honey Butter
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

12 tablespoons sweet butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons honey

Beat the butter and honey together until light and fluffy
and well integrated. Store in the refrigerator tightly closed..


You may try this with several different kinds of honey each
will have its own distinctive taste. This is especially good
on crumpets and English muffins, pancakes and bran muffins.
