Cranberry Mojito
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

4 brown sugar cubes
10 mint leaves, minced
¼ ounce dried cranberries, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
6 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
1½ ounces of rum
1 lime wedge
1 mint sprig
1 nasturtium blossom
1 sugar cane swizzle stick

Place the sugar, mint, cranberries, and lime
juice into a large martini shaker. Stir until
the cranberries and mint flavours are mingled
and the sugar has dissolved. Add the cranberry
juice and rum. Pour into an ice filled glass.
Garnish with lime, mint, nasturtium and sugar
cane stick.
