Brer Rabbit Black Strap Molasses Barbecue Sauce
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
½ cup catsup
½ cup Brer Rabbit® Black Strap Molasses
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried onion, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. Wright's® Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar with tight fitting
lid. Shake vigorously to mix well. Brush onto meat or allow
to marinate before grilling. Can also be added after cooking.
Yields 1 ½ cups
