from other countries or cultures. The measurements
or temperatures may not be in terms you are used
to. Here is a handy guide to help you translate the
equivalents in the measurements of your own country.


Conversion Table for Cooking Around the World

Dry:

Flour (all-purpose) - 1 Cup = 100g = 4 ounces
Rice (raw) - 1 Cup = 225g = 8 ounces
