Dale's Thick & Crunchy Smoothie
from the kitchen of Dale Frasier
2 tablespoons of Flaxseed ground
2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
2/3 cup of yogurt
Frozen Blueberries or cherries
1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
Use 3/4 coconut water to 1/4 ratio.
After combining the first 4 ingredients in a blender,
blend lightly, let it set approximately 10-15 minutes so the seeds
soften up, then add the yogurt berries and whey.
Blend until smooth.
