Coconut Lattes
From the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John

1-13 ½ ounce can of coconut milk
1-1 inch thick piece of fresh turmeric, sliced
1-1 inch thick piece of fresh ginger, sliced
1 cinnamon stick
3 tablespoons pure honey
2 teaspoons peppercorns
1 teaspoon whole clove
¼ cup water
Whole milk, for frothing

In a medium saucepan combine all the ingredients except for the whole milk. Bring to a
simmer and cook until infused, approximately 20 minutes. Strain and discard the solids.

For each serving steam and froth ¼ cup coconut milk mixture. Top with
¼ cup steamed and frothed whole milk.
