Savoury Chunked Pumpkin
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John

1 pound pumpkin, cut into chunks
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons sweet butter

Steam the pumpkin for approximately 8 minutes
or until tender.

Drain and peel the pumpkin, then place it in a
medium bowl. Sprinkle with the maze, thyme
and butter. Toss well to combine, being
careful not to crush the pumpkin.

Serve hot over wild rice.
