Mashed Potatoes, Ranch Style
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

2 pounds Russet potatoes
½cup sour cream
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Fresh chives, minced

Peel the potatoes and Cut Into 1-inch Cubes
Place them in a large pot and cover with cold
water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to
simmer and cook uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes
or until potatoes crumble when pierced with fork.

Drain in a colander and return potatoes to the
pot. Mash until smooth.

Stir in the ranch dressing and the sour cream.

Serve immediately.
