My Breakfast with Van Gogh and Trader Joe*
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

½ cup Just the Clusters granola cereal
1 small container mango Greek yoghurt
½  cup organic blueberries
1 or 2 ripe peaches

Pour the cereal into a large rimmed soup bowl.
Empty the yoghurt container into the middle of
the cereal. Dot the entire top of the yoghurt
with the blueberries. Slice the peach or peaches
into equal sized "petals" and arrange them around
the yoghurt to resemble a sunflower.

This is an excellent way to present a scoop of
peach or mango ice cream or gelatto with sprigs
of fresh mint added.

*These products are from a specialty food chain 
grocery store called Trader Joe's.
