Crab Salad with Apples from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John Crab meat, tinned or fresh, shredded 2 celery stalks, sliced paper thin 2 unpeeled Granny Smith apples, cored and grated on large grater Scallion tops A few sprigs of Italian parsley leaves Horseradish mayonnaise * Pink peppercorn Mix together the crab, clery, apples, scallons and parsley. Add enough mayonnaise to bind togther. Place on a plate and sprinkle with the pink peppercorns to taste. Serve chilled. *Editor's Note: You may also use Wasabi Mayonnaise from Trader Joe's
