are ready
and laid out

the little rag rug
is bought

he has all of the supplies
on the list

         crayons
         thick pencil #2
         A Big Chief
         rounded scissors
         and glue
all sacked up
to go

it's all there

he's met the teacher
and she's pretty
he's seen his room
they have hamsters
and guppies

it will be fun
he knows

now if I
can just let him

go
