Hugo Prosecco Cocktail
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John

1½ cups elderflower cordial, chilled
3½ cups prosecco, chilled
1¼ cups tonic water, chilled
1 lime
A handful of mint sprigs

Fill 6 large wine glasses with ice.

Mix the liquid ingredients in a large pitcher.
Pour into the ice filled glasses.

Slice the lime and float a slice in each glass.

Add a couple of mint sprig to each glass and serve.
