Cantaloupe~Peach~Banana Smoothie
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1 cup cubed cantaloupe, frozen
1 fresh peach, sliced and frozen
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 tablespoon almond butter
½ cup ice cubes (or almond milk)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 piece of fresh ginger, peeled, to taste
1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well
combined.   If necessary, add more ice cubes or almond
milk to get a smoothie desired consistency.
