Anyone may access our free areas, but access to subscription, additional resources and submission rights to enter our writing challenges are limited to subscribing members.
Privacy and security
Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to Quill & Parchment. Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold, leased, or otherwise made available to any third parties. Upon verification of the completed payment process, Quill & parchment will send via email a user name and password for the Members-Only portion of our site to the user-supplied address indicated in the membership application. Quill & Parchment cannot be responsible for errors or omissions, typographical, intentional, or otherwise, that result in this mail being returned to us as undeliverable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Quill & Parchment be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Quill & Parchment or a Quill & Parchment authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall Quill & Parchments total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort including, but not limited to, negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this site. Your membership may be canceled at any time, however; as the subscription fee covers administrative costs incurred in enrolling membership, it cannot returned or prorated. Cancellation of is sole remedy to disputes with Quill & Parchment.
