Feta Cheese and Carmelised Walnut Salad
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
A generous selection of baby lettuces
Feta cheese, crumbled
Raspberry vinagrette
Caramelised walnuts (See recipe January 2007)
Place four tablespoons vinaigrette in the bottom of a
medium-sized salad bowl. Add the lettuce and toss.
Sprinkle the feta cheese on top and then the walnuts.
Serve after the main course.
