Poetry Tea
From the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

Almond milk
Earl Grey teabags*
Honey (optional)

Place one teabag into the warmed teapot or cup
for each serving. Pour 1 cup of almond milk
per serving into a saucepan. Cook over high
heat until it just begins to bubble around the
edges. Pour into the teapot or into each
individual mug or cup. Steep for 3 minutes.
Remove teabag. Serve with a drop or two honey
if needed.

*Editor's Note: You may also use loose tea and a tea strainer.
When measuring the loose tea remember the teaspoon rule, "One
for me, one for you, and one for the pot."
