Lemon~Lavender Tea
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Lelnad-St.John
1 8-ounce cup of water
1 Meyer Lemon
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons dried lavender flowers
Heat the water to 100°-140°F.
Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the
boiled water.
Stir in the lavender and allow to steep,
then strain. Add the honey and enjoy!
