Pink Surprise
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John

8 ounces freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
12 ounces Polar Premium grapefruit seltzer
½ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tablespoon wildflower honey
Mint


Add the honey and salt to the grapefruit juice. Stir well to incorporate the salt and honey into the juice.
Pour the juice into a large thermos.  Slowly add the seltzer and ice and let chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
