Watermelon Punch
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1 large watermelon
2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
Mint leaves for garnish

Chill watermelon over night. Set watermelon on its side.
Cut a hole large enough to scoop out pulp. Remove the
seeds from the pulp, unless you use a seedless watermelon.
Liquefy the pulp in a blender and then force through a sieve.
Blend 4 cups of watermelon juice, orange juice, lemon juice,
and sugar. Pour juice over ice in the watermelon "shell."
Serve in chilled glasses with a sprig of mint in each.

If you add alcohol, please drink responsibly!
