3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange, peeled
8 ounces apple cider
8 ounces dark rum
To a saucepan, add the cloves, the cinnamon
stick and the peel of the entire orange.
Add the apple cider and the rum. Heat almost
to a boil. Remove cloves, cinnamon and orange
peel and pour into a mug. Garnish with an orange
