Champagne Cocktail
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1 sugar cube
1 ounce good quality cognac (Courvoisser)
2 dashes Bergamont Bitters
6 ounces champagne

In a champagne flute, place the sugar cube on the bottom of the glass. Add the
bitters. Let sit for a couple of minutes, then add the cognac and top with chilled
champagne.
