Maple Snow Ice Cream
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland St.John

7 cups fresh undisturbed snow
12 ounces condensed milk
2 tablespoons raw sugar
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 

Mix together the condensed milk, sugar and 
maple syrup.  Gather the fresh snow and add 
the milk mixture to the packed snow.
Gently stir to combine. Add more snow
as necessary to get the consistency you 
desire.

Editor’s  Note: 
You may use one teaspoon pure vanilla 
extract in place of the maple syrup.
