Mocha Punch
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

2 cups freshly brewed coffee, chilled
1 pint chocolate ice cream
¼ cup rum
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Shaved semi-sweet chocolate

Pour the coffee into the punchbowl. Add half of the ice
cream. Beat until the ice cream is partially melted. Stir in
the rum. Fold in the remaining ice cream and ½ of the
whipped cream. Serve in tall glasses garnished with
whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
