House Made Won Tons
from the kitchen of Gail Dunda

1 package won ton skins (approximately 50)
½ pound minced pork
½ pound minced shrimp
1 egg
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or low sodium soy sauce)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 small bowl of water to seal won tons

Mix the pork/shrimp ingredients together in a mixing bowl
Place 1 teaspoon meat mixture into the center of one won
ton square.    Dip your finger into the bowl of water and
moisten one corner of won ton square and fold into a triangle.
Gently press so the corners stick together. Moisten one
corner of triangle and fold again to seal the won tons to
form a "basket". This will prevent the won tons from coming
apart when they are put into the soup.

Editor's Note:
This is a recipe Gail's aunt gave to her many, many years ago.
