1 ripe banana
1 handful of blueberries fresh or dried
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup cold water\a dash of salt
1/4 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
Thinly slice the banana into a deep, medium sized
bowl. Add the blueberries and almonds. Place the
dry oats, the water, and salt into a small saucepan.
Cover and listen for the water to begin to boil.
Continue to boil 1 minute covered, then shut flame
off. Let sit for 3 more minutes or until the water
is completely absorbed. Immediately pour in the
cream and syrup and mix to a creamy consistency
then spoon into the bowl. Stir to distribute the
fruit and nuts.
The bananas will supply potassium.
