1 ½ pounds ground turkey
1 large egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ⅓ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ¾ teaspoons poultry seasoning
2 tablespoon curly parsley, freshly chopped
A pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Hamburger buns, toasted
Red onion slices
In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, egg, garlic,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard, poultry seasoning and
parsley, then season with salt and pepper.
Form mixture into four flat patties. Indent the center
with your thumb.
In a skillet over medium setting, heat the oil. Add
the patties and cook until golden and cooked through,
5 minutes per side.
Serve on buns with the above toppings or other
toppings of your choice.
