Popcorn Cake
from the kitchen of Shari Herzfeld

1 One pound bag marshmallows
½ cup butter
½ cup oil
8 ounces cocktail peanuts
4 quarts popped popcorn
8 ounces M&Ms

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add oil and marshmallows. Stir constantly,
Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring
constantly.

Pour over popped corn. Add nuts and M&Ms.
Mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into a 2 piece
angel food cake pan.

Cool and put out on a cake plate.
